Each time you re-install Roxio software, you will be asked to register the program. If you have already registered with our database, after re-installing software you will simply need to re-sync your computer with our database by logging in using your account information. The database only knows that the CD-Key is already registered and since you had un-installed the program, the database lost its connection with your computer.
To bypass the registration process:
- From the registration window, please type the Login name and Password you created when your account was originally set up.
- If you do not remember your account information, please click the link that says "Forgot Your Login/Password?" to get create a new password for your account. You can then use this information to Login to your account.
- If you are unable to proceed with either of the above steps, please call our Customer Support deptartment at (905)-482-5200* and we will be able to assist you.
